Dillon's New Haircut

Dillon does not like to do his hair and it ends up just looking messy all the time. So we went and got his hair cut. He has had it this short before and I love it! And the best part....it never has to be combed or styled!

Here is one of the shots Tami took of Dillon the other day at Town Square. We took the kids down there to try and get more single shots of them. :)

Happy Halloween!

Dillon wanted to be another Star Wars character this year for Halloween. I think this is Boba Fet? I can't keep them all straight!

Dillon the "HAM"

Dillon was having fun making funny faces for the camera. He did not want to just smile. As his aunt would call him....he was being a "ham".

First Day of 3rd Grade!

Today was Dillon's first day of 3rd grade! He was so happy to be back to school. His teacher is Mrs Urbanski again this year. He had her last year for 2nd grade. He was excited to be in her class again this year. So was I. They have a good teacher/student relationship. He is on track one (we have year round school here)...that is why he just started school today. Some of you may wonder why he just turned 9 and is in 3rd grade....most of his friends are in 4th grade....but we made the decision when he was starting school, to hold him back one year so that he would not be THE YOUNGEST kid in his class. He is now THE OLDEST kid in his class. We thought this was a good decision and for the most part are still happy about that decision. The only bummer is that most of the kids actually his age from church are in 4th grade.
